The Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver is reportedly wanting out of Cincinnati after spending the past few weeks talking to media outletsĀ along side with his money hungry agent Drew Rosenhaus. If the Cincinnati Bengals do decide to trade Chad Johnson then what exactly can we get for him? I believe a couple of draft picks including a 1st round would be great as the Bengals need defense badly if they want to get to the next level. Please share your opinion on what the Cincinnati Bengals should do with Chad Johnson inĀ the comments section.

He’s still our Randy Moss – don’t trade em’ What we need is a TE to distract the double teams and a lot of defense to get the ball back.
This is such an old topic and it is getting very annoying to keep on hearing over, and over agian. He’s staying in Cincinnati at least until his contract expires, bottom lone. I just hope the Bengals make enouch inprovements on defense and offense if need-be to keep him and the rest of the players happy. The Bengals are long overdue for some good players and a good season.
Chad has never said anything serious on this subject. He takes the media comments as a joke. The media is bored in the off-season so they make the story bigger than it really is. Chad has gotten offended that the Bengals haven’t stood up for him against the media. Long story short, the media needs to quit making up stories.
well i wasnt too wooried about trading chad, cuz its a dumb move on the bengals part. cuz if we would have (or do) we loose 8 mil or somthing like that. and we have him for a few more yrs on his contract. whats the worst that can happen? him sit out? ok, TJ is our main guy then and then our younger guys get experience. we need to stop worryin about chad and realize what guys on our d are leaving…landon johnson, justin smith, madeiu williams…just to name a few…
If they would work together as ateam they will more then likley get a ring
Chad needs to grow up and help them win and be a team pleyer. If he cant do that then yes they should trade him . They have great recievers besides him. Just give my man tj more money trade chad and get a few good recievers for him. He not as good as he thinks he is anyway. Hes a little overrated if you ask me. Ive been a bengals fane since 88 and i dont think ive ever seen such a selfish player
Bengal fan since 1968 . 85 is a talented wideout , but could improve. He said he doesn’t want to be a team leader when asked by ML. Also wants to be the greatest of all time . Jerry Rice blocked downfield, didn’t cry about his touches, got YAC,ran plays enthusiastically that weren’t designed with him as the primary, and consistently scored in critical games. Why not wait until the team accomplishes something before donning a HOF jacket ? GET RID OF HIM – ( CANCER ) He will tear the team apart.
Dave you are right on the money. Chad is very good, but DOES NOT block downfield, and lately the last couple of seasons he has been dropping some easy catches. Anyways, all of this makes me wonder how many of Chad’s receiving yards are because of him, or because of No.9?
TRADE HIM!!! TRADE HIM!!
HE DONT GOT NO HELP ANYWAY SO U MIGHT AS WELL TRADE HIM AND GET A BETTER TEAM
i have been a fan of the bengals since the begining and i think this crap that chad is doing is wrong. The bengals gave him a good contract and this is the way he pays back. Chad when you take the field and still have that attitude be prepared to be booed very loudly. Grow up!!!
Everybody needs to cut 85 some slack. He’s one of the best players ever to wear a Bengals uniform, and wants to WIN more than any other player on the team. All he wants is for the team to get better, which it seems sometimes to me like the stinch of mediocrity is what the owners want. Sure, Chad likes to have fun and celebrate! That’s why he’s been the bona fide face of the franchise since cry-baby Corey Dillon abandoned the team. The REAL problem lies in the absence of a GM. Cincy should sign a GM, along with players with good character (not those of the Chris Henry mold). Chad is a winner, not a leader! What have veterans like Willie Anderson brought to the table in forms of character and leadership? Obviously not enough! Unless something drastically changes, I see the Bengals choosing in the top 10 for many more years to come. I’d hate to see that, as I’ve been a lifelong fan of 28 years, but that’s the futer I see, sadly.
today i saw 22 people on the field with orange helmets with black stripes who were they ?
